The Paramount Maillot was opened in 1974. It was built inside a luxury shopping arcade, close to the Palais des Congress, which was built at the same time. Each of its four screens has 190 seats.
By 1992, it had been taken over by UGC, and screens first run films, usually in their original language. Plans are for it to add 8 more screens in 2022, to the plans of architect Alberto Cattani.
This is a handy neighbourhood quad useful for local residents and conventioneers who don’t want to trek to the nearby Champs Elysees…to my mind UGC cinemas are slightly better run than Gaumont
