Cutter’s Way

In Santa Barbara, Richard Bone thinks he recognizes a wealthy industrialist after glimpsing a man dumping a body in an alley. His friend Alex Cutter, a Vietnam veteran, seizes on the suspicion and pursues the powerful suspect despite Bone’s doubts.
